We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Memory Lane Media, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you and to identify people and images in photographs/videos provided by you to us. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

GENERAL TERMS

Our rights under these Terms of Use will survive any termination of these Terms of Use.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms of Use. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts located in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
